&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paving Is Complete!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation during the paving project. A very special thanks to Carmen Lopez and Edith Rodriguez-Rivera for their help notifying residents and making sure the streets were clear for work each day. The HOA Board is pursing damage to concrete drainage and 4 mailboxes, but overall, it was a huge success! Please be sure to take good care of our roads so we don&amp;rsquo;t have to do it again for a while. ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reminder: Street Parking Rules&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per our community&amp;rsquo;s Declaration of Covenants, section 9.2:&lt;br /&gt;▪ Street parking over 1 hour is not allowed&lt;br /&gt;▪ Exception: Guests visiting an owner may park in the street for no more than 4 hours, IF there is no room in the owner&amp;rsquo;s driveway&lt;br /&gt;▪ If parked on the street under these allowed terms, the vehicle cannot hinder the ability to pass on the street, hinder access to a driveway, or create a safety hazard&lt;br /&gt;▪ If not following these rules, after 1 warning notice, the repeat offenders&amp;rsquo; vehicle may be towed&lt;br /&gt;If your vehicle is towed, you can contact Towlando by calling 1-407-558-1455.&lt;br /&gt;Also, PLEASE DO NOT&lt;br /&gt;BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS.&lt;br /&gt;For the complete covenant, go to:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://mirabellalavina.com/Media/Default/Pdf_FIles/1_rulesregs.pdf"&gt;http://mirabellalavina.com/Media/Default/Pdf_FIles/1_rulesregs.pdf&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Upcoming Events&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The HOA Board is hosting a Neighborhood BBQ on Friday, July 15th starting at 7 pm in the Red Hawk Court culdesac. The theme is red, white, and blue, and the Board will grill hamburgers and hot dogs. This event is family and leashed-pet friendly. We will have activities for kids and adults, and even some treats for the pups. Hope to see you there!&lt;br /&gt;The next HOA Board Meeting is Tuesday, July 19th at 6:30 pm at the playground. Please bring a chair.&lt;/p&gt;
