Paving Is Complete!
Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation during the paving project. A very special thanks to Carmen Lopez and Edith Rodriguez-Rivera for their help notifying residents and making sure the streets were clear for work each day. The HOA Board is pursing damage to concrete drainage and 4 mailboxes, but overall, it was a huge success! Please be sure to take good care of our roads so we don’t have to do it again for a while. ;)

Reminder: Street Parking Rules
Per our community’s Declaration of Covenants, section 9.2:
▪ Street parking over 1 hour is not allowed
▪ Exception: Guests visiting an owner may park in the street for no more than 4 hours, IF there is no room in the owner’s driveway
▪ If parked on the street under these allowed terms, the vehicle cannot hinder the ability to pass on the street, hinder access to a driveway, or create a safety hazard
▪ If not following these rules, after 1 warning notice, the repeat offenders’ vehicle may be towed
If your vehicle is towed, you can contact Towlando by calling 1-407-558-1455.
Also, PLEASE DO NOT
BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS.

Upcoming Events
The HOA Board is hosting a Neighborhood BBQ on Friday, July 15th starting at 7 pm in the Red Hawk Court culdesac. The theme is red, white, and blue, and the Board will grill hamburgers and hot dogs. This event is family and leashed-pet friendly. We will have activities for kids and adults, and even some treats for the pups. Hope to see you there!
The next HOA Board Meeting is Tuesday, July 19th at 6:30 pm at the playground. Please bring a chair.
