News and Information
The
strong winds and storms we have experienced are a reminder that hurricane
season is not the only time to be prepared for emergencies. We were fortunate
that these storms were mostly just heavy rain, but cold fronts passing through
our state this time of year can quickly turn from thunderstorms to tornadoes. For
information on preparing for an emergency, visit the Orlando Fire Department's
Office of Emergency Management’s web page at http://cityoforlando.net/emergency. You can also follow
them on Twitter @orloem or on Facebook at http://facebook.com/orloem.

Do not park on the
streets. Towing signs are posted at the front entrance to the
community. Please be aware that we will tow cars that are in violation of
the parking regulations for the community.
The gates are active 24
hours a day.
When someone calls
your house from the gate, press "9" to open the gates. If the
gates are opening, you will hear a beeping sound. If there is no beeping sound,
the gates are not opening and you must press "9" again. If you
do not wish to open the gates for the person calling, press " * " (star). If you hang up without pressing any
key, the gates will be locked out for 60 seconds and no one will be able to
open the gates by any means. If you do not have your gate remote or a gate
access code, please contact the association management company.
